Understanding how to use the breath to quiet and control the mind is a transformative process. Pairing the strength of the breath with in-depth knowledge about the chakra energy system is a powerful way to release stored energy from the mind and body.  


This eight-week course educates and guides you through strategies to help you build self-awareness around why you might be feeling incapable and uncertain. You will also gain somatic tools to release fears and stuck energy, in order to trust yourself more fully and to navigate life with more confidence and certainty.

The course takes a trauma-informed breathwork approach that safely and compassionately builds from week to week.

How The Series Works:

  • A new lecture plus breathwork and yoga sequences will be released each week
  • Each module will contain Grounded Reflections, journaling questions that will guide you through unearthing your conscious and unconscious blockages as related to each of the chakras 
  • Though the course is released weekly, you can move at your own pace. If you feel like there is a particular chakra that needs more attention and releasing, you can focus there until you are ready to move on
  • Please note: This program is best suited for able-bodied students who feel confident learning in an online group setting 


What You Will Need:  

  • A yoga mat
  • A blanket (flat pillow optional) for breathwork sessions
  • A journal and pen to record your thoughts, feelings and reflections
  • Optional: two foam or cork yoga blocks - note, I will not be using these throughout every yoga video, but you can keep them nearby and modify as needed
  • An open heart and mind!






Yoga Sessions

There is a common saying "the issues are in the tissues" because our bodies hold onto the stress and trauma of all our past experiences. Each week you are guided through a 30-minute (beginner-friendly) yoga sequence designed to release any energetic blockages from your chakras.



Breathwork Audio

Reset your nervous system and balance your chakras with weekly breathwork audio created by Dom. Breathwork is a beautiful healing modality that heals on a cellular level and will help you to release blockages, limiting beliefs, and negative patterns that may no longer be serving you.

Weekly Lectures

For each chakra, you have access to short lecture-style videos which educate you on the role of each chakra. Most videos are five to ten minutes in length. All modules include a corresponding download with grounding activities, affirmations, and journaling questions for you to reflect on how your life experiences may have impacted your chakras.

Meet Your Instructor

Dominiece Clifton is on a mission to guide others to rewrite their stories by releasing and reconnecting to remember their most authentic self. She is a registered yoga instructor and certified trauma-informed breathwork and meditation facilitator.

Her spiritual transformation began after struggling for many years and and finally releasing her own trauma which originated in her childhood. She entered the wellness industry as a Nutrition & Wellness Coach, with the desire to guide others to heal stored stress and trauma which manifested physically in their bodies.

Today, Dominiece is the Founder of Move And Still, Nourish Wellness Collective (coming 2023), and the host of the School of Healing podcast. She promotes emotional well-being for the mind, body, and soul and uses somatic approaches to healing including yoga, meditation, and breathwork.
